Dear Triathletes: Thank you to all of our dedicated triathletes who have returned year after year to be part of our spring tradition! Personally, I am very happy to have been part of this wonderful event for the last 10 years and thank our brave three sisters who started this tradition. After 15 years, we are taking a break from organizing the Homegrown Triathlon. But this shouldn't discourage you from continuing your tradition of getting in shape and encouraging our first time triathletes to dare try. If you are looking for another sprint size TRI in the area, visit the TRI RATS website as there are many in our area. We have enjoyed having each of you part of our spring tradition.
